[Technical Description]
1) Tread Pattern Design
NIGHT DRAGON's tread patterns were designed with a focus on how to bring out their performance in aggressive designs, as well as drainage and stability during braking and durability.

1-1) Front Tire (Figure 1)
[Drainage]
The role of the front tire in rainy weather is how to drain water efficiently and scrape the water on the road surface also prevent the rear tire from touching the water.
Therefore, it adopts a groove that becomes [wide] as it goes to the side and the water coming from the tire center flows efficiently to the side and drains.
As a result, the Rear tire passes after the water is drained is less slippery even in rainy weather and transmits engine power firmly to the road surface.

[Stability at Braking]
A small groove carved in the opposite direction to the direction of travel. When braking by this groove, the tire grips firmly on the road surface, even a motorcycle with a heavyweight like Harley-Davidson will be stable.

1-2) Rear tire (Figure 2)
[Drainage]
The tires that could not be drained by the front tires are drained in the groove of the rear tire to further enhance the wet performance.

[Traction]
Due to the high drainage properties of the front tires, the center of the Rear tire does not require drainage.

2) Tire Structure
Custom motorcycles engines generate very strong torque from low revs. Also, they are heavier than sports motorcycles, and there are frequent occasions for carrying two people and carrying luggage.

Therefore, the bias tire of NIHGT DRAGON adopts the following carcass and belt structure (Fig. 3).
3-ply Polyester Carcass: Provides extremely high shock absorption and provides a comfortable ride, while ensuring rigidity to withstand loads.
2-ply Nylon Belt: Maintain uniform ground pressure and secure a stable grip.
Furthermore, the uniform contact pressure (Fig. 4) reduces the burden on the compound and achieves high durability.
In addition, NIGHT DRAGON's radial tires use PIRELLI's steel belt technology developed by World Super motorcycle and others. You can experience the shock absorption and high grip that have a reputation.
Furthermore, NIGHT DRAGON adopts [Single radius profile]. It achieves natural handling and made it possible to enjoy easy U-turns and light sports riding even with American motorcycle.

3) Compound
The bias tire of NIGHT DRAGON adopted a new fine-grained compound, which is the first for the PIRELLI bias tire (Fig. 5).
The temperature range that demonstrate grip is very wide, and it provides stable grip power from cold temperature road condition until the tire gets warm up in a continuous riding and etc.
