RPM-67 Racing is an original exhaust brand released in 1998 as an F-TYPE replica model, born from meticulous handcrafting involving approximately 300 processes and Total Quality Control (TQC).Without making significant changes to the exterior and the essential sound quality element, the internal structure of the silencer, the exhaust system maintains the appearance of the "RPM-4in2in1 F-TYPE" manufactured until 1989.
This product is a full exhaust system compatible with HONDA HAWK III (Type: CB400N).
■Exhaust Pipe
The attention to detail determines the overall impression.
Exhaust pipe with a flowing form from the engine exhaust port to the silencer inlet.
We repeated trial and error on the angles and the degree of integration of the No. 1 and No. 2 exhaust pipes, and pursued the maximum sense of unity with the body of the bike.
Its curves are as aesthetically pleasing as those of a fine wind instrument.
The material is steel (STKM11A carbon steel pipe for machine structural use), and each part is carefully polished by craftsmen before being plated with two or more layers of decorative chrome to give it high weather resistance and luster.
■Silencer
Φ67 x 300 size silencer has a complete double structure inside for maximum sound deadening effect with minimum exhaust resistance.
It produces a powerful heavy bass sound in the low RPM range and an exhilarating racing sound in the high RPM range.
The crisp exhaust note gives the rider a feeling of exhilaration with every turn of the throttle.
The sound is rough in a good sense, and amplifies the fun of riding many times over.
The lightweight and compact body not only has high rigidity and excellent resistance to vibration under severe usage conditions, but also creates a beautiful overall silhouette when mounted on the bike body.
■Parts composition
This is a full exhaust system consisting of 5 parts: 2 front exhaust pipes (from engine to merge collector) and 1 tail assembly (from merge collector to silencer).
■Installed state
Fix to the bike body at two points, the engine exhaust port and the tail bracket.
When installing the engine exhaust port, use the HONDA stock free flange (exhaust holder).
*Free flange and exhaust gasket are not included.
