The S-stage Big Bore Kit uses the stock cylinder head, and only replaces the cylinder and piston,
allowing you to increase the displacement to 81cc.
Hyper S-Stage Big Bore Kit includes the S-Stage Big Bore Kit, Hyper ECU,
high-capacity fuel injectors (G-6), air filter kit, and 14T drive sprocket.
Unlike conventional sub-controllers that use a stock ECU, adopts the "Hyper ECU" that controls everything
The Hyper ECU uses the same couplers as the stock ECU, so no wiring modification is required,
and it can be easily installed by simply replacing the stock ECU.
**Precautions for Hyper ECU installation
Exclusively for motorcycles equipped with SP Takegawa custom parts.
Do not use in conjunction with engine parts made by other companies.Failure to do so may result in engine malfunction or failure.
Rev limit RPM for stock displacement + stock exhaust (Map No.1) is approx. 9,000 RPM.Rev limit RPM of each other setting (Map No.2 - No.8) is approx. 10,000 RPM.Rev limit RPM cannot be changed.
Please do not install aftermarket H.I.D kit or other company's LED headlight or fog lamp at the same time.
Some ballasts/inverters (voltage converters) emit high-voltage noise that adversely affects digital circuits, causing product failure or malfunction.
Do not use with other aftermarket ignition devices (ignition coils and plug cords) because they may cause malfunction or product failure due to increased radiated noise caused by rise in ignition voltage.
Do not use with other aftermarket power generators because they may cause malfunctions due to insufficient power generation or differences in voltage waveforms.
Do not install the headlight ON/OFF switch at the same time.

■S-Stage Big Bore Kit 81cc (sports camshaft included)
This big bore kit can change the displacement from the stock 50cc to 81cc by changing the cylinder and piston.
When installed together with the Hyper ECU, it delivers a torquey output characteristic different from that of the stock ECU.

■Sports Camshaft
The sports camshaft is designed with the optimum profile to maximize the performance of the stock cylinder head when equipped with the S-stage big bore kit.
■High-capacity fuel injector (G-6)

High capacity fuel injector for SP Takegawa's S-Stage Big Bore Kit.The stock fuel injectors cannot inject enough fuel for the increased intake air volume, so large-capacity injectors are required.
This product may malfunction if installed in motorcycles with engine specifications other than those specified.
■Air Filter Kit
Applicable Specifications: Bikes equipped with S-Stage Big Bore Kit
Stock leg shields can be installed without modification!!!
Remove the stock air cleaner box and install it in the throttle body.
The intake efficiency is greatly improved and the power output can be increased at high rpm.The filter is equipped with a blow-by union so that it can be connected to a blow-by hose.
■Hyper ECU
Unlike conventional sub-controllers that use a stock ECU, this system controls everything.
Easy installation by simply replacing the stock ECU!!!

Since the installation of big bore kits and exhaust parts can cause a significant deviation from the ideal air-fuel ratio, a hyper ECU must be installed to compensate fuel injection timing.
The Hyper ECU has several built-in setting data sets for SP Takegawa's custom parts, so you can easily select, change, and modify the setting data according to your engine specifications with a simple switch.
There is no need for a PC, smartphone, Internet connection, etc, as the setting can simply be done by switch operation.The map also includes 8 preset maps for a wide range of custom bikes, including stock engine models with SP Takegawa intake/exhaust parts and SP Takegawa custom engine models with SP Takegawa intake/exhaust parts.
In addition, a fuel adjustment function that can adjust the overall fuel level range between -9% to 9% is built in.(Adjustable in 1% increments)
