CinderellaFit. It is Bolt On with no processing.
It comes with two pieces so you can use the other one as a spare, if you buy the OEM one it will cost you about 1,000 yen for the Rubber and the color. The appearance is almost the same. You can get it here without hesitation. I didn't like the Silver Washer that came with it, so I changed the Washer.
