I used it for 2008 VRSCDX. It is a heavy car, so Brake Pads should be OEM, but I tried it because there was a pad for VRSCDX from DAYTONA which is cheaper than OEM.
The effect is a softer Touch than OEM, and the Control is quite good.

The Brake on the XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200 was not working well, so I replaced it.
Dramatically changed! I wasn't under the impression that it was a good idea, but it works just as well as the OEM.
It's Daytona's Brake Pads, so it was safe to use!

I used it on my '06 XL883R. I've never experienced the OEM Pad, so I can't compare it to the OEM, but it feels like I'm using this one, and it's enough for my needs!
As for the Life, it's still in use, so it's an unknown quantity, but I'm going to run through it now.

The Brake on the XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200 isn't a good one to begin with, but after replacing it, it works as well as it does in your grip.
I've only used these Brake Pads on my current Motorcycle, so I can't compare them to other buRANts. The HDPad is a balance of efficacy and control So if you're in doubt, you can't go wrong with this Pad.

No difference between OEM Product and Large
As the number of OEM products were quite low, I was looking for one that was cheaper I bought it because
I thought the performance of the cheapest, but I thought there was no difference in braking power between the OEM product and the Large It is
As for Life, I just started using it, so I have high hopes for its future
