For SEROW 250, I bought the most expensive Oil Filter, but it was unopened but there was a substance that Yellow color was unknown to the Filter fins.
Although it is a Filter, if foreign matter adhesion is attached to Motorcycle as it is, that foreign object will enter Oil.
As expected, Filter was the most expensive, so I thought, though, the quality made in china is still horrible.
Discard this Filter and replace it with a different Filter.
I am pleased that I was able to find it before installing it.

Package To prove that it is not exterior attachment Video (42. 3M), but I could not do it for some reason.

I prefer it for the CRF250L. There is always a spare filter. I love this oil filter. I have it for 2 years and use it on my bike at 30000 km, usually with an oil change every 5,000. I've had no problems with any part of this filter. The included sticker is very helpful. I plug it into my fork and I always know when my next oil change will be. I wish these came with some o-rings or gaskets that the bike needs, but that is expected as this filter is not from Honda and is much cheaper. This filter is one of the reasons I buy the female dental product if I can.

I used it for DR-Z400S which I bought by private sale. 1 year or more, but in case of private sale, I always try to ride it after doing the maintenance as much as possible. In fact, I know someone who bought it from a private seller. I'm sure you'll be able to spot the signs if you remove the oil. (I don't remember the cause, so I can't say...) Private sales are your own responsibility.

No problem.

It's OEM compliant, and it's a well-known manufacturer's product in its own right, so there's no problem. It has been installed. I am not sure about the performance. I don't think the parts need to be extremely good, so I am satisfied.
